Dr. Gill a graduate of King Edward Medical University completed his Radiology residency at the Albany Medical Center hospital and has been in practice since 1981 in the capital district region of Upstate New York.

During his tenure he has served in multiple leadership positions at various area hospitals. He has been recognized for his expertise in Women’s Health, multisite Healthcare operations, operational planning, business development and managing Physician performance. Gill has lectured extensively on wellness/preventive care and improving Radiologists efficiencies both nationally and overseas.

In 1989 he was recognized by the American Cancer society and New York State assembly for establishing the very first breast cancer screening program for the under and uninsured. He is presently affiliated with Community Care Physicians, the largest independent multispecialty medical group in the region with 450 practitioners across 80 locations and 30 specialties.

Dr. Gill is committed to helping the global community to provide appropriate levels of care by donating equipment and providing ongoing education through his not for profit organization, Radiologists without Borders. To date this organization has conducted and supported missions in Chile, Haiti, Honduras, Tanzania,Kenya and Uganda that also included establishing the very first breast cancer screening programs for the general public in Honduras and Tanzania. .

Dr. Gill is the faculty advisor for RADAID Albany Medical Center chapter in Ukraine that has provided Screening digital Mammography and Women’s health services through collaboration with the Ukrainian government and a Christian not for profit organization providing mobile services in rural Ukraine.
