CMH LAB SERVICES
Laboratory Services at CMH is staffed by Medical Technologists, Medical Technicians, Phlebotomy Technicians, and managed by a Board-Certified Pathologist. The laboratory performs nearly 2 million tests on more than 115,000 patients each year.
About Our Services
The laboratory is regulated by the New York State Department of Health Clinical Laboratory Evaluation Program and it’s enrolled in the American Proficiency Institute and College of American Pathologist proficiency testing programs to maintain accuracy. The laboratory is staffed by Medical Technologists, Medical Technicians, Phlebotomy Technicians, and managed by a Board Certified Pathologist.

Laboratory Blood Draw Services
All locations offer a full blood draw -service, lab staffed by fully trained Phlebotomy Technicians. For the convenience of our patients, no appointment is needed to get blood work. Patients must present with a completed and signed requisition or prescription from the ordering doctor. All scripts are valid for up to twelve months from the date of issue.
