Qualifications:

Education: graduate of approved school of radiologic technology

License/Certifications:
NYS licensed in Diagnostic Radiology
ARRT registered in MRI
BLS

Experience: 1 year MRI experience preferred

Summary:

The MRI Technologist performs exams on inpatient, emergency, and outpatients.
The MRI technologist has a high degree of sensitivity to MRI safety and ensures
that the MRI suite is controlled according to all safety procedures and
protocols. Additionally, the MRI technologist is responsible for the imaging
acquisition process, sending to PACS and completing all required patient
history and documentation to ensure appropriate presentation to the radiologist
for interpretation.

Salary Range: $41.17 – $41.17
