Qualifications:


Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree preferred, not required if
experience qualifications are met.

Experience: Experience in supervisory responsibility and health care
receivables preferred.


Summary:

The accounts receivable manager will have direct oversight of the denial unit,
account receivable team, customer service and financial counseling. The manager
will be responsible for all facets of accounts receivable in accordance with
hospital protocols with an emphasis on maximizing patient satisfaction and
profitability. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of
accounts receivable management in a healthcare setting. This position requires
strong working knowledge of health care regulations related to billing and
compliance. The manager will be responsible to oversee process improvement,
staffing productivity and performance for the responsible teams.

This position requires the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
in an occasionally stressful environment. The manager will possess strong
customer service skills and the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in
written format.

The manager will compile and analyze metrics to monitor performance of
department and identify areas of improvements. Accounts receivable manager
will utilize lean techniques to enhance process and reduce waste and
inefficiencies.

Salary Range: $20.70 – $46.13
