Updates to Billing
The Albany Med Health System has implemented a new, unified electronic medical record and billing system, Epic, to better connect our patients to the services we provide.
What does this mean for me?
For services provided prior to Nov. 2, 2024, you will receive separate statements.
For services provided on or after Nov. 2, 2024, you will receive one guarantor statement, which will include your self-pay balances for all inpatient and outpatient services rendered by any Albany Med Health System provider.

Paying Legacy Bills Online with PatientWallet®
Bills for services dated before Nov. 2, 2024, can be paid online through PatientWallet. To pay your bill, register for a free account here.
Creating a PatientWallet® Account
The PatientWallet® makes it easier than ever to manage and pay your health care bills. Set up your free account here. Enter the 9-digit SecureHealthCode from the upper right-hand corner of your statement and the total bill amount to add the bill to your PatientWallet® and view affordable options and complete your payment.
Please note that all bills for services provided on or after Nov. 2, 2024, should be paid through the MyChart portal.
Pay in Person
If you prefer to pay your bill in person, please visit us at the Support Services Building, located at 65 Prospect Avenue in Hudson. The cashier’s office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
