CMH treats the full spectrum of shoulder disorders throughout all age groups. Most shoulder problems can be managed non-operatively through a home exercise or formal physical therapy regimen, or with medications and/or injections. If surgery does become necessary, CMH is prepared with a variety of arthroscopic and open surgical approaches. Most instability and rotator cuff surgery is approached through a minimally invasive, arthroscopic technique. resurfacing, partial, total and reverse total shoulder replacements are also common operations to treat degenerative shoulder conditions.
